OVADA is a 501(c)3 organization formed to provide a Humane Police Officer in Butler County, Pennsylvania for the prevention of abused and neglected domestic animals.

We will operate within the legal guidelines of all laws and work with all law enforcement and humane enforcement personnel.

We will provide education and resources promoting responsible pet ownership when necessary.
